count function applied to union as test of node identity is broken
------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: XALANJ-2286
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XALANJ-2286
Project: XalanJ2
Type: Bug
Components: Xalan-interpretive
Versions: Latest Development Code
Reporter: Henry Zongaro
Priority: Critical
Using "count(.|$foo) = 1", where $foo is a node set consisting of one node, to
test for node identity appears to be broken with Xalan-J Interpretive; it's
always returning the value two or three. It worked in Xalan-J 2.7.0.
See XALANJ-2285 for a test case. That issue reports a bug in XSLTC with the
same test case.
