Curiously, resizing the page displaying this JIRA issue changed virtually 
nothing except for the
"Created: ...." line just under the title of the issue.

Nothing else, including the logo in the top left which said "The Apache 
Software Foundation http://www.apache.org/"; changed either.

Is this also a violation.  I'm getting the feeling that Apache may have lots of 
violations, and Xalan is just one of them.
