http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c
This issue is to document problems with their web pages.

it has a links to a pages that don't exist.

that machine is gone. So all links to old bugzilla bugs for all releases are
broken.

Only the base URI of the website is changed, it is no longer nagoya.apache.org
