I've been updating the Apache copyrights in our code to the license headers found at http://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#faq
Another area in our test cases that has a copyright in it are three parts in test/tests/contrib/schemsoft. There are 28 files in there, but these three: attributes2elements.xsl queryOnSubElement.xsl selectHREF.xsl have this in them: << Copyright J.M. Vanel 2000 - under GNU public licence >> Rather than try to clean this up legally, by contacting J.M. Vanel and the ASF legal folks, and moving the GNU public license into our NOTICE file, I think the easiest/safest thing to do is to delete the testcases with the GNU license (and anything that might depend on them). Your thoughts on this please. - Brian - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Brian Minchau Apache Xalan PMC mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
