Regressions in Xalan-J 2.7.1 candidate release

There are some regressions on the candidate Xalan-J 2.7.1 release.
In subversion the release is at the tags:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/java/tags/xalan-j_2_7_1
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/test/tags/xalan-j_2_7_1
Code development will continue as before on :
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/java/trunk
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/test/trunk
What should be fixed on that tag (and on the main trunk) are some regressions
in XSLTC for which I will attach some html files to this issue. The numbers in
bright red are regressions.
