The current download for XALAN-C is still version 1.10.
I am using XALAN-C 1.11 based on the SVN repository and like its solid nature and the
ability to support Microsoft .NET 2003, 2005 and 2008. It is useful with XERCES-C 3.0. and with a small patch to XERCES-C 3.0.1 it works with that XML parser family of routines.
