Building Xalan-C/C++ with Microsoft VS 2010 is not integrated into the
CurrentSVN.
In your SVN snapshot, you will need to copy the
{SourceDir}/Projects/Win32/VC9 directory to
{SourceDir}/Projects/Win32/VC10 directory
and allow Microsoft Visual Studio to perform its upgrade magic.
The Xerces-C 3.1.1 libraries are compatible with VS 2010.
