Xalan2 was released in February. It since had a 2.0.1 and a 2.1.0 release. It is included in the JAXP 1.1 Reference Implementation. It is included in the beta of the 1.4 JDK. Xalan1 binaries are tucked away in an "http://xml.apache.org/dist/xalan-j/old/";. The sources are about to be removed from cvs. It's interfaces have been deprecated since the release of Xalan2.
