(sorry, several of us haven't been getting xalan-j-users lately for
technical reasons)

-- Did you setSystemID() of the xml file before asking for
getAssociatedStylesheets()?  If we don't know the systemID of a Source
object, then we default to the current directory (which is not what you
want).  You often have to explicitly set this.

-- Which specific version of Xalan-J are you using?

It is indeed a bug that it's giving you four / slashes after the file:
scheme.  It's probably a bug in that it's doing the wacky path, but
we'd need to look into it more.
