Would it help if you told us how you are invoking this? It might be a depreciated API or.... well, any range of possibilities.

Hi,
I am using Xalan 2.5.0 and am having problems using DOCTYPE in a stylesheet.
(top of the stylesheet)
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [ <!ENTITY nbsp " "> <!ENTITY mdash "�"> ]> <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl=" http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"; >
And when I try to do a transform, I get the following error messages:

Is this a known problem? I was using Xalan 2.4.1 and had no problems.
