Yes, I removed that because it isn't at all clear how this would work
across products yet. I saw it as being a service attached to a
collection. Initially I'm expecting vendors to implement custom services
for this functionality until a clear model shakes out that we can write
a common spec around. I say this because I know right now that creating
a collection in dbXML is very different from creating a collection in
Tamino.
