I've updated the documentation on the website to reflect the most
current interfaces. As part of this I also added a complete Java example
program to the use cases document so that people can better see how the
API is really used. The program is of course trivial but if you have a
driver it is a working program so it is kind of a milestone. 

This update also details the exception handling to a much better level
so you now know what exceptions you can expect from a given method.

I'm hoping we see a second implementation from the Ozone group in the
not too distant future. Also Lars had started on the reference
implementation and then suffered a set back so we need to start again.
The reference impl. is just file system based so it should be pretty
easy to get something going. 

It would be really nice to see a Python impl. here pretty soon too.
Uche, are you still out there? Any chance of getting a 4Server
implementation of this thing?
