Works either way for me and my e-mail package, but three people had
difficulty in the last few days, so this just fixes it once and for
all for that group of people.
The Mailman instructions talk about enabling it for "discussion"
lists and leaving it disabled for "announcement" lists. We be good.
I should be able to discuss. That's one thing about the APRS sig I
*hate*, though (among several).
