[Xastir] incorporate adsb data

I know the data rate will be horrendous in some areas,but with the
capacity of most computers these days,I suspect that it will be
possible. Have it as an selectable item,in the configuration.
I have the drivers installed on my system but not the nouse to script
,startup shutdown procedures.
This is using a dvbt dongle.
