Ok.. I need to still hack around a bit but there seems to be something
wrong with my SOURCE package. Notice the date and git hash of the .tgz
file but then look at the dates in the archive and the LACK of the new
geo files in there:

$ tar tzvf /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/xastir-2.0.9-20160809gitb4f6124d.tgz
| grep "\.geo"
