It's been 20 years since I've used Xastir and I've been off the air for
nearly as long. Anyway, I built Xastir for Linux yesterday and all is
familiar except for the maps. I chose the first OSM street map from the
list and it's not at all like the map that I had previously used. I
haven't tried either of the other two as yet. The map that I had was
like a Hema road map.
The help window suggests Australian maps from
https://www.ga.gov.au/data-pubs/maps. The suggested map is not in the
download list from this site. What map do other Australian Xastir users
suggest?
