I tweaked the Xastir sources over vacation so that "gv" is no longer
required to print.  Of course in that case you get no print options
like sizing, rotating, etc, but at least you can print.

Eventually you'll be able to specify the print preview program.  If
you try that now you get a few gv-specific command-line options sent
to the previewer which may mess it up.
