[Xastir] Weather Alert Symbol triggers.

Hey all. We're in a tornado watch until 2200 CST 20 August 2007.  
While I can see a box around the watch area if I zoom out enough,  
should I be seeing the tornado.xbm graphic overlaid on my map?
