I stumbled across this website http://libremap.org/data/. Is the data here what Xastir needs? There are TIFFs for the topographical data as well as county data (outlines?) as SVG. I have found a library reference to the DRG CDs located at Southern New Hampshire University. I have not attempted to visit yet. Also, is there a recommended SVG viewer (Windows)? Thanks!
