You need to install Xcode, not one of those SDKs. This may be on
your OS X installation media or can be downloaded from
<https://connect.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MemberSite.woa/wa/
getSoftware?bundleID=19897>
Downloading requires a (free) membership in the Apple Developers
Connection.
