>From what i saw yes.  It was just diffrent libraries you need to install
with festival.  I use Ubuntu so it was in the symaptic package manager.
Just enter fesival into the serch and it should give you a list of
diffrent libraries.  If i remember right, there were choices
like...british, female, and a couple of diffrent choices.  Good luck.
