Hi,
Seeing as YouTube saw fit to break the plugin last night here's a bugfix
that also includes som other minor fixes and a new translation. Since the
plugins playback was completely broken this release is a bit rushed and has
only been tested on Mac OSX and Ubuntu Linux versions of XBMC, but I thought
a quick fix would be appreciated.

Changelog:
- Fixed Context menus were "suddenly" missing on a lot of folder items
(probably since pre v.2)
- Fixed "New Subscriptions Videos" feed would show up on every subscriptions
page this has been corrected
- Fixed YouTube changed character encoding of their webpage which messed up
playback in the plugin.
- Added Portuguese (Brazil) translation courtesy of fschnack
