Sure I guess my point was were does the
$INFO[Window.Property(ArtistSlideshow)] value come from is
it something it tries to make up from the path to the files or is
there a setting for the script that lets you define a main folder with
subfolders for each artist name. Guess I should just install it and
look at it and the log
right now it's hardcoded to create a (hashed) folder for each artist
in special://profile/Thumbnails/ArtistSlideshow/
i could add a setting, so the user can specify a custom folder,
it might even be better...
but from a skinning point of view it doesn't matter...
the window property will always provide the correct path.

yes, it uses a folder with multiple images.
the script will provide the path to the folder:
$INFO[Window.Property(ArtistSlideshow)]
in case my instructions in the readme are unclear,
please let me know and i'll update it. :-)

Can I just clarify is the difference between this and
MusicPlayer.Property(Fanart_Image) that it uses a folder for more
than 1 image per artist and if so where should the folder of
images be located?
