Extendedinfo is optional, the skin doesn't require it. Without the add-on you
shouldn't be able to select the widget options.
Most things should be fixed/updated now, however
- I could not find the problem which causes "Warning: Trying to add unsupported
control type 1" ... any clue?
- While TVGuideThumbClearLogo1 and TVGuideThumbClearLogo2 weren't defined,
TVGuideThumbClearLogo0 was but I hope it's ok now
- View labels should be fixed, the labels previous, rewind etc. in
Includes_GuideInterface.xml are for the images names and the country names in
Custom_LanguageDialog.xml are written in the native language of the country
(this is the proper way of displaying a list of languages) - any other label is
translated or removed

PS: It would be nice if the randomandlastitems script could be updated to the
latest version (2.1.4).
