This message is mainly for skinners as for now only those are affected by
changes in XBMC code.
The multiple repo thing might be handy for others as well though.
As we already started doing skin changes for next Helix version we already
created a new Helix repo.
This hopefully makes it easier for transitioning from Gotham to Helix as
you get people to test and keep changes each time to a minimal.
As from Gotham we support multiple repos location in one single repo addon.
So thing means you only have to provide one single repo addon which
contains all versions for Frodo, Gotham and Helix.
Example:
https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master.../addon.xml<https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master/addons/repository.xbmc.org/addon.xml>
as you can see you define the minimal version for which that repo branch
will show up.
so instead of having multiple repo addons you can now just provide one
which works for every XBMC version.
