Not sure if this is appropriate or not so I'll explain my use case. I was
developing something that uses the Google Python API and decided that the
python files and dependencies were a) numerous enough for their own module
and b) generic enough others could use them for other projects as well.

For this reason I'm  submitting them for inclusion as a separate module to
XBMC (Kodi). I've pulled them from a zip file distributed by Google that
includes all dependencies needed for the python API to their services. I've
also included all relevant license files for each project. I can definitely
just include these files in my project but with the number of cloud based
addons I see popping up a unified import for the libraries might be nice.
