it was indeed pushed to our repo
https://github.com/xbmc/repo-skins/commits/helix
but somehow didn't get packaged as zip file. This could have some causes.
Sadly we don't have a log for why it fails to do that sometimes. The most
common failures are a problem in addon.xml (bad characters or missing
brakcets) or texturepackager had an issue.
We could simply bump the version again and see if it's repackaged. I'll let
ronie first check if he can find something.
