Because naming the scrapers from the sites they collect data from is the defacto standard in the scraper repo what makes scrapers - easily identifiable/ recognizeable - gives at least a minimum appreciation to the sites they use
If you check, there is no scraper in the repo other than the Universal ones what is not named after the site. So please, if you want your scraper to be added to the repo, rename it to Elcinema.com.
