At the moment, my official Microsoft wireless 360 controller is turning itself
off (ie, no lights, no response) whenever xboxdrv is stopped, requiring me to
unplug and replug the receiver in order for xpad to find it again.

I can turn the controller back on by removing and replacing the batteries, but
it still will not respond unless the receiver is un/replugged. Likewise,
stopping and starting xpad does not seem to fix it.

The weird thing is, it wasn't doing that until today. Before, it always
switched seamlessly after xboxdrv was killed.
