I have a RedOctane Guitar Hero X-plorer plugged in, and using the xboxdrv. it would seem almost everthing is responsive for keys, except the Blue, and Orange buttons, on the gitaur neck. I have also yet to test the chat pad connection, thought I can try again with it soon.
I just started looking thought the source code. How might I find info about the missing buttons? Prior to finding this project, I was doing hex dump data analysis, and learned that in a vertical position the gituar stops streaming data, and that there is a accelerometer on board. >From there, I was also able to observe that the buttons are all responsive (in hexdump output) on device /dev/input/js0 I'll be digging around looking for the code that would translate button presses, etc, Im not sure where to start exactly, if this group is active, I would love a heads up. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "xboxdrv" group.
