Subject: [xcat-user] Running postscripts in 2.7

I've got several post scripts that depend on the setting of NODESETSTATE -
so when I do a netboot I expect it to be set to "netboot" and when
installing a statefull system I expect it to be set to "install".

 However, after upgrading to 2.7 this now *always* seems to be set to
"boot" with the consequence that some scripts run when I don't expect them
to and vice versa. (This is true whether I do an update from 2.6.8->2.7 or
a fresh 2.7 install).

Any ideas as to why this should be and/or how to track down the cause?

FWIW my xCAT server runs CentOS 5.5 (my main server has been running this
since at least xCAT 2.4 and no updates have broken it until now;
fortunately I do have a separate test system...)

Mark
