I recently received some new Dell R720's, and I was trying to auto discover
the macs with xCAT 2.7.3. I had missing file issues with the nbfs (missing
/tmp/dhcpserver and /tmp/destiny files), so I did a "mknb x86_64" command which
converted the nbfs files to the newer genesis files. The mini-kenel boots up
fine on the R720's, but it soon gets an "ERROR unable to find boot device
(maybe the nbroot is missing the driver for your nic?)" message and hangs.
These Dell's have intel nics. I couldn’t find any documentation on the xcat
website for the new genesis auto-discovery process. Does anyone know what I
need to do or can point me to some genesis documentation?

Thanks,
Randy
