This is happening on all nodes, I'm able to replicate this on any of the
baremetals. Did try centos6.2 iso as well as doing the copycds again for
the centos6.3 iso with the same results. I experienced this same behaviour
before but I ended up reinstalling the management node for other reasons
and the problem went away only to come again after powering back on the
management node this morning. Also thought that maybe a service wasn't
chkconfig'd on the mn, found vsftpd was not running, started it but did not
help much.
Just kernel panics after loading initrd.img on the provisioning node
console. From /var/log/messages on the mn:
