I have the option grub-installer/.... Did you test with
12.04.2 or 12.04.1
My kcmdline=nofb utf8 auto
url=http://10.100.106.200/install/autoinst/ghost
netcfg/choose_interface=eth0 noipv6 locale=en_US
console-setup/layoutcode=us priority=critical netcfg/dhcp_timeout=120
hostname=ghost
is the priority option, meant to be debconf/priority=critical.
still trying to determine how to change that to test it.
Ideally I would like to set the env variable
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive but it doesn't look like thats possible
with pxe boot.
