For esxi5, which profile did you use? For esxi4, I could help you to debug that why node could not update status to xcatd.

But not for esxi4.1, it will fail to send result to xcatd. I comment reboot in auto install script, to see what happen on esxi host. Here is the /tmp/foo.log: connect: network is unreachable connect: errno=22 When i try to ping that node, cannot ping. From esxcfg-vmnic -l result, there has no IP present for vmnic1 which is connect to network. However, when installation start before, I can ssh into that esxi host. When I tried to use netboot as pxe, when in pxe boot stage, it will be prompt message like: xcat/esxi4.1/x86_64/base/mboot.c32: not a COM32R image. In a word, for xnba, xcat cannot be retrieved signal from node, something is wrong for network configuration; for pxe, will be failed at pxe boot. Any idea to help solve those issue? Another question is, when I used esxi5.1 to install, it still use legacy CSM PXE, not the UEFI pxe.
