I've applied what was suggested and it appears to be working. Setting ipsrc in the loop seems to address the problem immediately.. I had three failures in a row and they all seemed to resolve themselves with the work around. We're about to take delivery of a new expansion (480 dx360m4's), I'll get an idea if this is a reasonable "permanent" fix.
