This stuff is hard to diagnose, but here are some problems I've hit in
the past.
Have you enabled portfast (or disabled spanning tree discovery) on the
switch ports?
Could xnba be trying to use the wrong interface?
Maybe xnba is getting the wrong options or route from dhcpd?

DHCPOFFER, but no further.
Any help would be appreciated.
