We rebuilt them correctly (they now have a version-release of 1.0.3-131028) and put them in a new build of our xcat-dep tarball and uploaded it to sourceforge. You can either download the new xcat-dep tarball ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/xcat-dep/2.x_Linux/xcat-dep-201312061624.tar.bz2/download ), or just get that one rpm: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/yum/xcat-dep/rh5/x86_64/xnba-undi-1.0.3-131028.noarch.rpm/download .
