Sounds like you are going down the correct path. Would it be possible to
see your node definition:
  lsdef client

One of the important values is the netboot attribute which you will
probably want set to 'xnba'.
Locations of some of the /tftpboot files have changed over the past few
releases. For example, do you have anything in /tftpboot/xcat/xnba/nodes ?
And did your dhcp config get updated? (do you have an entry
in /var/lib/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases that tells you which tftp file will be used)

Subject: [xcat-user] xcat 2.8 - nodeset doesn't create the pxe file

Greetings,

I've used older versions of xcat fine but I'm trying to work with 2.8 and
some things seem to be different. I have an OS loaded onto the xcat server
with copycds, a kickstart template setup, and an osimage definition setup
to use. When I run "nodeset client osimage=rhel6.5-x86_64-install-compute"
it generates the "/install/autoinst/client kickstart" file but does not
build a pxe file in "/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/". The nodeset command returns
without any errors and I'm not seeing any errors in syslog. Any
suggestions? This is for a statefull install.

Thanks,
-Nathan
