Most developers are either at IBM or Lenovo. In terms of the release process itself, IBM has responsibility for the release cycle on xcat.org. However, we may start branching/releasing lined up to our test cycles at Lenovo. There's beginning to be a bit of misalignment in Lenovo and IBM schedules. This would not be forking, just branching from a release stream branch at a different cadence according to our product cadence. To keep this clear, there would be a lenovo download site. Will announce to the list when this is ready, along with some other nuances that will be worked out.
Think of it like an 'xCAT distribution'.
