I suspect this is more an anaconda/kernel issue, I've seen this on other (desktop) systems occasionally when changing partitions on a drive and the kernel is determined to hang on to the old partition table until its rebooted. > If you can go to alt-f2 and type ‘mount’ it might shed some light.
