We need to add addkcmdline="rd.driver.blacklist=mlx4_en" and maybe more 
modules, basically to all diskless nodes.
I vaguely remember doing this sort of thing once before.  Where in tabedit 
would I go to put this definition in once
so it would get inherited?  Is there a document that shows the dependencies 
between tables?
Maybe there is a command line that would do it all....   

What version of xcat did this bug arrive in?  We're running 2.13.1 now.
