We’re not expecting to find system installed software in /usr/local — long 
story short is that some time ago,
a slurm upgrade was performed by doing mv /usr/local /usr/local.hide, cp new 
version of /usr/local from another node.

I think I can grab the /usr/local/share/perl5 from local.hide, wish yum had an 
option to force reinstall of the latest version….
