I did try to use systemd before/after and want dependencies but did not succeed doing what I wanted.

This part may be my fault : I had an incorrect source dir in my synclist and I may have mistaken the time for xcatpostini1.service to timeout with a deadlocked caused by circular dependencies (I added a Before=nfs-client.target).
