If you have workarounds you are already using it’ll be best to open an issue on Github at https://github.com/xcat2/xcat-core/issues detailing the issues and proposed workarounds. Feel free to submit your proposed fixes as pull requests if they are directly modifying existing files and we’ll be able to evaluate the changes in more detail.

I have not found a solution to (3) for a disked node, not sure how to tell nmcli to echo 0xnnnn > create_child automatically to generate the new ib0@nnnn interface. It’s fine for a diskless node because it has to be created each boot anyway. But I need to fix the head node to bring up the pkey partition before starting dhcpd.
