Seems obvious enough, but I can't recreate the error on my machine.
I tried both the Tcl and non-Tcl compiled versions, and didn't have
any problem with either one of them. Can you get a stack trace from
gdb (if using the Tcl version, run gdb on the "xcircexec" executable
in the installation directory)? Thanks.
