Dear Michael,
I didn't notice any problems with the 3.6.130 link, although I did
notice that the XCircuit/Cygwin download page had incorrect pointers
to the Vista-compiled version 3.6.129 and the WinXP-compiled version
3.6.86. I have fixed these. If you found any others that I didn't
mention, please send me the link URL.
