Due to the lack of ability to specify more than one point in a single
element for editing, I don't think the change I made will be very
useful to you for stretching the middle of a waveform in a timing
diagram (but I'm working on it!).  Meanwhile, you can edit the
polygon, use the "x" key to break the polygon in two at the point
you want to stretch, and then join the two pieces together after
stretching.  It is not convenient, I admit.
