Hello, I've been trying to upgrade my linux box. But I've hit a problem with xc-mail.
With both Slackware 8 and Slackware 8.1, I've compiled Xclasses 1.3.1, remembered setenvxc, then tried to compile xc-mail. It creates all the object *.o files, but the linker fails with the following error: /usr/i386-slackware-linux/bin/ld cannot find -lbsd (I do not have this problem with slackware 4, not tried slackware 7). Any clues to help me find what I'm trying to find for the linker? Regards, David Pilgram
