Well, it seems that my Xcode install was completely borked. I had 6.0.1 on my machine when I installed 6.1 GM 3. Then I updated via the App Store yesterday, and both copies became 6.1 (I guess it updated the 6.0.1 copy, rather than the GM 3). I threw away the wrong one, I guess.
